Another decent week!

I read 'Unraveled' by Helen Hardt (Steel Brothers (#9), which has a great ending to the saga!

I also read 'Just Jamie' by Terri Libenson, which is a graphic novel in a series she's doing with various characters at a middle school. I have them in my classroom and a lot of students like the books as well.

Lastly I read 'Tales from a Not-So-Graceful Ice Princess' by Rachel Renee Russell (#4) and am really enjoying the series. I can see why so many of my students read them!

Never Have I Ever by Joshilyn Jackson
I read this one for our Library book club that I host. It was a pretty good mystery, I was actually shocked by the ending. A typical suburban mom has her nice little world threatened by a mysterious stranger who knows the big secret from her past. It was fast-paced and a decent thriller.
I counted this book as one of the two books with the same title.

The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson
I'd always wanted to read this story and I'm surprised I never did because its pretty short. I listened to the audiobook to start off with but I find that with classics especially, the rhythm can be thrown off and I find it hard to get into the story. I ended up switching to ebook instead and finished it pretty quickly. I liked the tale, even though it was different than I thought it'd be.
I counted this for the prompt 'a book that inspired a common phrase or idiom (apparently the phrase "Jekyll & Hyde" counts).
