So are there not group reads anymore?

I want to read the Hyperion Cantos next year.

Cool. Hyperion is a four book series so it might be kind of a special thing.

What we sometimes do is when a series is started as part of a group read, the rest can be continued in a buddy read (that's not just for two people) for those who want to keep reading. I don't know if the group can handle a series read at this time, we had to stop due to lack of participation in group reads in general. So we'll start slow with just a single book in Jan.

Group read nominations are open now, feel free to go ahead and post both a classic (which Hyperion would be) and a contemporary if you have something on your to read list that was published post 2000
