Hello Nichole!
When I read your title I could not help but sing the song!!! I absolutely love the title and will give it a quick read! I was going to put a similar discussion on here, but wasn't sure how to do that since I am new here. I want to give a copy to whoever wants to read it and give a comment on Amazon, but I am having trouble getting started. Okay, enough about my difficulties... Again, great title and book cover!
Ashley

Thank you for checking out the post!
Nichole

Hey Nichole,
Thank you so much! I just bought and reviewed your book! I couldn't review it on Amazon through the account I bought it through because it said that I have to spend 50.00 on Amazon before I can do that.... Yeah... but the review is on Goodreads until I meet that requirement... It is a good mini read.
I have posted my "New Author Here" post just now. So excited! I also started following you! Happy Author Month!
Ashley

Hello Lily,
Nice to meet you! I had recently posted a "New Author here" post of my own.. I didn't want to hyjack Nichole's post... I see you have your own group called "Book Friends"... Could you tell me more about it? I am new here and would like to connect with other readers and authors. Nice to meet you!
Ashley

I will check it out!
My name is Colin Rigby and I have published 7 books on Amazon.
I like to think that they are humorous and will become recognised as great literary masterpieces, but others may not agree. The subject matter has ranged from a story about stone age folk in which many of the facets of modern life we think are recent did in fact originate in this era long ago. And if you don't believe me you will have to read the book which contains positive proof. Experts may argue, however.
I also wrote a fantasy in which I was faced with the prospect of being weighed in the balance to see if I was found wanting on the Day of Judgement. It took me some time to decide whether I should go up or down, but the reality when it comes may not be the same as in the book.
My last book is a 2 part murder history of an imaginary English town. It contains mystery and romance as well so I am expecting big sales as it covers the most popular genres. Whether these hopes are fulfilled is a different matter, I appreciate.
I have also written a book which takes the mick out of Wagner's Ring Cycle, and I put this on Amazon not expecting anyone to read it, but it has sold a few copies, so one never can tell.
I started writing when I noticed that Christmas cards no longer had those wonderful odes of cheer, just a message saying Merry Xmas. So I decided to write some myself. They were undoubted masterpieces of the poetic art. Well, they were quite good, I thought. Well, O.K., they were rubbish, but I enjoyed writing them.
Another effort predicts the future of humanity for the next 150 years. Why 150, I hear you ask? Well my crystal ball developed drop outs beyond that point.
I have found Amazon frustrating in terms of lack of feedback from readers, and I have little idea whether the ones who have read my stories enjoyed them or not. I would be very grateful then if readers could review any of my books. I will send them a pdf if requested.
The titles of the books are as follows, if anybody wishes to read the descriptions in more detail on Amazon:
https://kdp.amazon.com/en_US/bookshel...
The Eastwich Murder Files
Judgement day and the End of Heaven: A fantasy of life and death:
Modern Life Began in the Stone Age
A Future History of Humanity
The Saga of Gabriel is not on Kindle Select so I can supply a free pdf on request. I can also send a free pdf of 'Who Said Stone Age People Were Dumb?' Details on Amazon.
