This looks and sounds as if it is substantially text, so it would work for SRC, and the genre is there, so you're good to go.

Weight Watchers One Pot Cookbook

Thanks! I've been doing weight watchers for 4 months now and it's time to read up on some more recipes and healthy food tips. Will this be ok for the task? I know there are pictures and if it's not the equivalent of at least 100 pages of text, I won't try to claim it.
