Blair That is all. Just saying. Anyone agree?

Kitty Hahaha yup a part of me agrees :) have you read Heir of fire?

Blair i have not. only because i know for a fact that they are apart the whole book and im not sure if i cant handle that. contemplating waiting for book 4 where i am hoping they unite. have you?

Gemma yeah... I'm reading heir of fire right now and I'm not like it at... I miss Chaol

Sophia Sardothien OPS I like Dorian more xD actually if you guys have read The assassin's blade I like Sam the best :D

Nurlely They have to be back together! I totally agree with you Blair :)

I am going to finish Heir of Fire this week (I prolong my reading for I know I will wait ages before I am going to read the next one) and wish more of Chaol in the book. The story is getting better and better nonetheless.

Ifrah I'm a Chaolena shipper for life but I also think them getting back together isn't going to be so simple. There's a lot that needs to be worked out between them, a lot of baggage. I'm glad that Sarah didn't have them get back together immediately and I honestly won't be surprised if it doesn't happen in book 4 either. I appreciate that Sarah is focusing on the other stuff happening and it isn't focusing so much on the romance.

Nurlely The story is much bigger now. I think there will be more about war and plot revealed in book 4, with the witches and fae involved in book 3.

Still, I will hate it if I can not read more about Chaol and Celaena in book 4. I missed them a lot in book 3.

As much as Chaol wants to stay away from Celaena and Celaena to prioritize her kingdom than Chaol, there is no one else for them both, and Chaol still needs to see her to inform more about the secrets he is aware of, and for them both to release Aedion and Dorian.

Yes I agree that they shouldnt get back together right away. Even though it breaks my heart to say that, I understand that there is a bigger story at hand. I wish someone could just tell me that at the end of it all, they get together. Then I think I would feel much better. But having to sit through another possibly two, three or four books (havent read Heir of Fire yet but i know they arent together in that book and if they dont get back together in book 4, which they probably wont, and isnt there like 6 books total) its going to kill me. And I mean a slow torturous death.

It is indeed a slow torturous death. I was reluctant to end book 3 for I know that I will not read about them for months until book 4 is released. And I will crying like a baby and HATE Sarah if Chaol and Aelin don't get together.

don't you think that hate is a very strong word??? because I could swear you said that to me in the other discussion.
and is that capitals I see?

don't be a hypocrite.

LOL... Hate word is used here as the topic. In case you forget which topic you are on. It is "If Chaol and Celeana don't get back together (like now!) I will hate Sarah J Maas FOREVER! "

This will be my last response to you. Your overrated sentiment is so funny and childish.

AbigailDenyse01 thank you. I try.

Naomi Armstrong I loved this book soo much...there's no words to explain! I almost exploded when I found out that Chaol and Celaena split and she hated his guts, then TRIED TO KILL HIM! But then i just melted again once again realising how much they loved each other and that Celaena will do ANYTHING to save, help and protect the ones she loves.

Chaol and Celaena will get back together in the next book. They have to, THEY HAVE TO! Or i will die and blame Sarah J Mass for it.:>

SarahO I just finished this book and I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't care for Chaol.lol I mean, I don't mind him as much when he's all "Captain of the Guard" or when he's hanging out with Dorian but I'm not a fan of him being gooey over Celaena. It just doesn't work for me.

Sarah Ok, in my opinion Chaol just flopped without Celaena being there and I think he was just completely useless almost the whole time in heir of Fire.... :/ I think he should just get over it since he will never truly understand Celaena I dont think...

Lucia Huo I'm reading Heir of Fire and not liking Rowan a lot at this point, so he, in my mind right now, cannot serve as a replacement for Chaol... :( I will go insane if the Chaol and Celaena ship sinks and, yes, blame J. Mass.

Blair Sarah wrote: "Ok, in my opinion Chaol just flopped without Celaena being there and I think he was just completely useless almost the whole time in heir of Fire.... :/ I think he should just get over it since he ..."

Yep agree. He sucked without her. Thats why I need him to be with her. And also she clearly loves him too.

Avery i dont know if its kinda weird but i love Dorian
i fell in love with him in the first book and i cant let go

I felt that way at the end of 'Crown of midnight' I shipped them so badly.
Though I don't mind that they won't end up together after reading 'Heir of fire'

You should still read Heir of Fire, you meet some people that are big parts of the story. Some much happens and Celaena grows so much. Heir of fire is defiantly one of my favorite books.

Annie285 I actually never liked Chaolaena. I liked her with Dorian, then I read assassins blade and just fell in love with her relationship with Sam. (It's sad it didn't work out). But to those of you who haven't finished reading Heir of Fire, let me just tell you. Rowan is not that bad, he just has a tragic backstory and will actually help Celeana more than anybody ever has, and together they will heal each other.

Aritree Sengupta Blair, do read Heir of Fire. And all of the others. You'll get someone who's absolutely spectacular. Personally, I was never a great fan of Chaolaena. I liked them, but Doralaena was much better for me.

Matilda Nah i hate Chaol, he is so annoying.

SARA Choal is all sweet to her until he realizes that there is something bigger and instead of trying to help and be supportive he sends her away, I understand he doesn't know about the threat on his lift but and heres the key part, THERE IS NO MAGIC SHE COULDNT TRANFORM THERE WAS NO DANGER IF HE SHUT HIS MOUTH
