This is not quite a 5 star book. It is by far better than the 2nd but does not beat the 1st. Not even close. I found this book took awhile to get into and would not hold my interest like Mr. Mercedes did. There were by far many parts that could of been left out. Like Brady's mind control backstory.... ...boring. Do not care about the mind control back story and how he got his plan to where it was. It was discussed numerous times throughout the whole book. I did like the plot. It was interesting and had great potential. It's what made this book come in 2nd in the series for me. Also glad its the last book because could not see the story continuing after this. It had a karma is a bitch ending for Brady and a beautiful ending for Hodges. It was well done but some parts could have been definitely left out. Would I recommend it? Maybe!
