In honor of our group's 10th anniversary, read any book from the group's bookshelf which you have not previously read.

Please post questions or recommendations for task 10.10 in this thread.

I'm not up on GR terminology. What is stored on a group's bookshelf? Maybe books selected by the moderators?

In this group, the books on the group bookshelf are books that have been recommended by members for the 10.10 Group Reads task. They are the only books there and include all of the books since the group's inception.

One of our group reads books is Jenny by Sigrid Undset which means it was a book read and recommended by a RwS member. But using the feature on our bookshelf to look for reviews, I can’t find any of our members who read it, much less reviewed it.

And side note, now it looks like I gave it a 1 star review, which was a fat finger accident and now I don’t know how to remove it.

To change the number of stars, simply click on the stars you want. To remove all stars there is a "clear" option when you edit your review.

Ok but I haven’t even read it so I can’t review. I’ll play with it and see what happens.
Yeah! It worked anyway! I though I would have to write something to get the clear button to work.

Maybe the member has left the group since they read it?

It was read by a group member in 2019 (rated 3 stars) and in a collection with other works in 2014 (rated 5 stars). Not sure why it doesn't show up on the search.

If it counts you can find the 5 star review by searching our bookshelf for the collection:

No, it is not the same work.

But it will count for 10.10, right? Since that’s the one on the book shelf?
