Official description:
INFECTION - POSSESSION - GENERATION

What if the alien who wants to kill you looks exactly like your best friend?

Chief Security Officer Jas Harrington must protect her starship’s crew from hostile aliens. For the efficient if quick-tempered Jas, that hasn’t been too hard up till now. But the captain is drug-addled, and he’s hungry for the bonuses he gets from finding valuable resources on new worlds.

When the captain won’t listen to Jas’ fears about a mysterious planet, he is compromised by contact with a strange life form. A life form that threatens to take over the entire ship and return to Earth, where it can spread its deadly infection.

Now Jas is in a race against time, fighting to quarantine the alien infection and prevent the aliens from achieving their goal: Generation. She doesn't realize it yet, but as she fights to save her crew, the future of all humanity hangs in the balance.

Note: The ebook edition of this book is free on Amazon and Kobo, probably other places as well. It is also available as a paperback.

Adrian | 48 comments Well, I hope I'm not the only one reading this as its proving to be a great read. And if I'm any judge of a book, this looks like being an interesting series.
I am just over halfway through and the action is gaining pace at an alarming rate.
This is proving very enjoyable !!

Lizzie | 303 comments I read some of the series this past summer. (The Galathea Chronicles). I like most of J.J. Green's books. The characters and concepts were interesting, but it did not grab me as much as her Space Colony One (Concordia) series.
