LISTOPIA, 2019!
Date: 12/01/19 - 11/30/20

acatt-listopia

This is an old challenge we are bringing back from 2016.

Goodreads has a feature called "Listopia". Here's the link:
Listopia

As you can see by exploring this link, there are many, many lists here on Goodreads. If you are interested in a specific genre for example, just type it in the search box, and many lists with many books will populate.

For this challenge, you will work with a minimum of three lists of your choosing (of course you are welcome to use more than three), and from each list, you will read at least three books. Be sure to include the list your books are from.

This challenge begins December 1, 2019 and will end November 30, 2020.

Happy Listopia Reading!

my pleasure! And I have a question - on the lists it often says use one book for a series or for example, "The best of crime and mystery books. If the book is part of a series, please only vote for the first book." - so if I'm reading #11 of a series its ok if just #1 of the series is listed to count it?

or to put it another way

The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is on the list - I'll be reading a book from later in the series The Girl Who Takes an Eye for an Eye - so The Girl Who takes An Eye for an Eye will count as being on the list?

Yes, Denise. If you find a book that is part of a series, and you are not exactly at that same book that is on the list, you are welcome to substitute the series book you are currently on. So, if Alex Cross #19 in on the list...but I've only read through Alex Cross #10 - I could substitute Alex Cross #11 (in place of the #19 that is on the list).

So any book that is part of the series represented on the list will work as a substitution. The Girl Who Takes an Eye for an Eye would work for you because The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is on the list.

Does that help?
