I read this book years ago. It seems to take place in a remote place, possibly a large estate with some wealthy people. I think the girl keeps waking up out in a field, and a man carries her inside???

My first thought was Nemesis by Brendan Reichs, which came out two years ago. That might be too recent but it's hard to know what you mean.
