Tommy Jason Charles (tommyjcharles) | 23 comments Does anyone have any insights into this platform? It looks a bit gimmicky, tbh.

Readers vote on stories in Reddit fashion, and then authors get paid *something* at the end of the month based on how many votes they received. I would think that this would be very open to abuse, but I digress.

I'm just looking for a platform building tool. I'm trying to avoid WattPad :P. I have several stories that I want to release as free serials, but Smashwords frowns on that. (the serial part, not the free part)

I do have a website, but I want to distribute them on an established platform too. I recently discovered Medium.com, and while it's a joy to read and write in, you have to drive traffic to your work unless an editor decides to promote your content. (Possible, but not likely).

Could make for a good discussion. What are your thoughts?
