Once again with the beating of the dead horse, except this one looks like it’s actually going to avoid the errors of the last one with its confused “is it a reboot or continuation?” muddled marketing. This is clearly a continuation of the original.

Despite Paul Rudd’s presence, it doesn’t look funny, but it does seem to be coherent. I don’t know why this needs to exist, though.

Interesting that it’s directed by Jason Reitman, son of Ivan Reitman, who directed the original.

Um...so much nope. They're doing a serious take on a comedy movie? And I didn't see Murray or Ackroyd in the trailer although they are listed as cast.

When I first heard about this film I was mildly interested. The first one made me laugh and laugh. The second one, not so much but still worth seeing. This update seems just bizarre.

If this is a fakeout and the comedy will be in the next trailer, then they did a great job. Because I sure believe this film won't be funny. Well, not intentionally at least.

It's got the "Stranger Things" kid in it. It looks like they are going for a similar vibe to that.

yeah this feels like $$. "Hey, 80s stuff is popular, esp that Stranger Things" kids get into spooky trouble stuff."

then again, I've never been a huge Ghostbusters fan.
