Angela Rigby | 3 comments Story is told from the point of view of a spirit who is waiting to be reincarnated. It is hanging around a couple where the woman had been traumatised by being raped. The rapist is killed by, I think, a block of blue Ice. She then recovers enough to get pregnant and the baby is conceived and the spirit finds a home

Blue | 825 comments I got all excited thinking I knew the answer to this but after reading your description I don't think I do know the answer.

I was going to suggest Nutshell

Which is from a baby in the womb's POV.

Angela Rigby | 3 comments It was reading Nutshell that reminded me that I had read a previous book that had the same sort of narrator. My book group looked at me blankly when I reminded them of it so probs just read it on my own.
