Kids/Teens Book Club discussion

I need suggestions so could everyone tell me your favorite book

My favorite book is The Book Thief, by Markus Zusak. I really, REALLY loved reading that book and, quite frankly, it's increased my interest in Nazi Germany/ The Holocaust. I liked how courageous Liesel, the main protagonist, became as the story progressed. It was really page-turning and I could totally relate to Liesel Meminger's deep, deep love for books! Now that I'm in seventh grade, I find myself picking up books that are similar to The Book Thief, so...yeah.

Twilight is my favourite, having knocked Jane Eyre, by Charlotte Bronte, off the top spot. I also enjoyed The Scarlet Pimpernel series by Baroness Orczy.

I love Harry Potter and LOTR as well as The Book Thief!

My favorite book is the Percy Jackson series, they are about Greek mythology, and there is another series based on that one but with Roman goods too

The Book Thief. I learned a little about Nazi Germany along with a girl who loves reading as much as I do!

Well, you already know that. But I just cant express how much I appreciate that story.

I personally love cinder by Marisa Meyer. Or legend by Marie Lu. Both these books are amazing and the follow up books of these stories are just as good.

Hmm I'd say Divergent would probably be my favourite, but A Thousand Pieces of You is pretty close.

My favourite book has to be The Hunger Games since it was so creative, unoriginal and never heard of. I also loved the Shatter Me Complete Collection: Shatter Me, Destroy Me, Unravel Me, Fracture Me, Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi. The way she writes in first person really helps you develop an understanding of the main character and it's like reading a very meticulous and well-described diary of a teenage girl who has been isolated, unwanted and unloved and so much more.

The lunar chronicles are good.. Legend is hard to get into at first so some dedication is nessasary, but it is really interesting. The False Prince I thought was an amazing book too.

Shatter Me

Skulduggery Pleasant for sure. Has been given high praise but no publicity. Love harry potter and ranger's apprentice. basically anything that doesn't have hot vampires or mysterious boys

Hello! My favorite books are: The Redwall series(I read all of them up to Doomwyte), Otto and the flying twins, Toes, and The Hero's Guide to Saving Your Kingdom by Christopher Healy, and much more(I forgot most of the ones I like).

the mortal instruments series

. It has romance, a prince and an assassin sent to kill him but falls in love with him. 5 star read.

Chaos Walking (trilogy) by Patrick Ness!
I also love Shade's Children by Garth Nix.

I have recently finished the first book in the Chaos Walking trilogy and it was AMAZING!!!

I read them the first time a year ago, and I've read them three times since.

the Mortal instruments series

Its pretty good

The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman or Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher.

For vastly different reasons.

And I just love this book! Its Indian and its touchy :)

I'm in love with Still Alice & The Coldest Girl in Coldtown & Red Queen. They're all so perfect & amazing just GAHHH read them!

Inheritance Cycle, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Dragon in Our Midst, Door Within, Wings of Fire, Mars Diaries, im trying to picture my book shelf while sitting on the couch watching tv. I think thats all. :)

My favourite series is throne of glass by Sarah J Mass! They are to die for! I am up to number five. You will not be disappointed! Put them on your to read shelf I'm begging you!
