Has anyone had a change to start, please? I did not explain when writing this before. I know some folks like to start early. I understand it was the holidays. Everyone is different. That is one of things that make life beautiful.

I’ve not started this yet(just found the group today) but as someone with newly diagnosed OCD I am grateful to have found this book and group. I will definitely be dreading this one!
