Same Steph.

I'm starting 2020 with Nevernight (The Nevernight Chronicle, #1) by Jay Kristoff

Lis | 4037 comments So I was browsing my Audible package for good books and discovered several of the early Black Dagger Brotherhood books available... While patiently waiting for book 18, thought it would be nice to revisit the beginning... First book was released in 2005 and probably around the time I first started reading the series... So I’m enjoying Jim Frangione and Re-Read Dark Lover (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #1) by J.R. Ward and currently reading Lover Eternal (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #2) by J.R. Ward with plans to continue with Lover Awakened (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #3) by J.R. Ward Lover Revealed (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #4) by J.R. Ward Lover Unbound (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #5) by J.R. Ward and Lover Enshrined (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #6) by J.R. Ward

Sandra | 25908 comments Been binge reading R.J.Blain's The Magical Romantic Comedy (with a body count) Starter Pack by R.J. Blain plus a couple more not in the starter pack. Definite solid 4 stars from me with the occasional 5.

Steph (angel4492) | 32706 comments I have a bunch of Blain's - freebies from Amazon - that I haven't read yet. GTK you're enjoying them.

Nerdy Werewolf (nerdywerewolf) | 217 comments I've just started a re-read of Dead Witch Walking (The Hollows, #1) by Kim Harrison and Locke & Key, Vol. 1 Welcome to Lovecraft by Joe Hill .

I think I'm trying to get back into reading more by consuming comfort-food books? If that makes sense? Haha!

All reading counts, so whatever helps is great.

I'm currently on The Deep by Rivers Solomon

Just so you know, most of them don't need to be read in order. Check the characters, I've just added them to the book pages. The first book's characters are repeated later on in the series.

I can't wait to see what you think. That's such a good story.

Lashette | 15 comments I am so happy I started using a book tracker spread.
This year, I'm trying to finish up reading the Throne of Glass series. I read Tower of Dawn (Throne of Glass, #6) by Sarah J. Maas so there's just Kingdom of Ash (Throne of Glass, #7) by Sarah J. Maas . I have it but am scared of the emotional roller coaster its going to put me on.

I'm doing the group reread of the Kitty Goes to Washington (Kitty Norville, #2) by Carrie Vaughn series.

I also want to reread The Dresden Files before Peace Talks (The Dresden Files, #16) by Jim Butcher comes out. Same for the Mercy Thompson series before Smoke Bitten (Mercy Thompson, #12) by Patricia Briggs . And the last 2 In Death books before Golden in Death (In Death, #50) by J.D. Robb .

Its times like these I wish I wasn't so addicted to series.

Sandra | 25908 comments That looks like a terrific planned list of reading to me, Lashette. And only with series do you get a full character burst :D

message 17: by Steph, Serious series addict (new)

Steph (angel4492) | 32706 comments Definitely! :D

Sandra | 25908 comments Just finished the latest Royal States book Cold Flame (Royal States, #7) by Susan Copperfield another terrific instalment.

message 19: by Lis (new)

Lis | 4037 comments Fan girling over DJ's A Bad Day for Sunshine (Sunshine Vicram, #1) by Darynda Jones - just finished reading via audio. Loved it!

Moving on to Dragan (Stone Warriors, #4) by D.B. Reynolds

Valerie ~ Val Hall ~ | 9662 comments Currently rereading the Others series by Anne Bishop. It’s comfort food.

Just for laugh, yesterday an album was released about bingo. It was made during confinement so budget was limited but I had to share. https://youtu.be/c0rZjORzWIc

Steph (angel4492) | 32706 comments I love that series, Val, but I've yet to do a re-read. Enjoy!
