New Year's Resolutions

I have a few:
- Work out and eat healthier
- Not buying any books (with minimum exceptions) for the year and working through what I already own
- read more non-fiction
- build a bookshelf

I've not properly coalesced my thoughts around New Year intentions, but there's something around being healthier as my knees and wardrobe doth protest. But the main stands are around balancing my desires to do more reading and crafting, so trying to ensure I make time for them both. I have many crafting ideas whirling around my head at the moment, so I need to actually write them down and plan out what I can actually do this year (including a few things for charities). Then there's some thoughts around tidying and consolidating some of my stuff, and continuing to learn languages.
The resolutions are in there somewhere!
The resolutions are in there somewhere!

- spend less time on my phone
- do more things together as a family
- find time to write
- learn something new
- exercise more/eat better

I do need to vacuum @ least once a week because I'm allergic to my pets, but I don't judge people on their house keeping, so I shouldn't judge myself either.
Very little change for me, maybe eat a little healthier and not procrastinate so much. I don't really do resolutions but those are two things I constantly tell myself to do. Maybe some day i'll start following them.

Wife and I just picked up a robot vacuum cleaner, hopefully there will be less dog hair all over the place.

Main aim will be to read a bit more. I read less novels last year, although I did read more comics and graphic novels.
Also have a new arrival in February so aim will be to keep my sanity for the first half of the year.

For reading, I'd like to finish the series I've started and read more local authors. I have an overflowing bookcase of physical books to read. I set aside the top shelf for books I want to/have to read this year; it fit 22.
I really need to get all my photos sorted and update my kids' baby books. They're about 10 years out of date.
I generally let myself eat lots of yummy stuff for the holidays, and then I get myself trim so I can fit in my comic con costumes by September.

Do you have any resolutions for 2020?
Mine would be:
- to read more than in 2019, the first year I haven't hit over 100 books for a long time... I was distracted by video games
- to get healthier, eat better and exercise more
- to keep working hard on my Twitch channel and hit 1000 followers
