Welllll last year I had acquired over 800 books! Which is why now I'm trying to see my input and output month by month. I haven't gone to any library sales yet... But since I'm off social media, I don't know when they are unless I see a sign in my travels. Can't miss what you don't know you're missing! lol.

lol! Well, they're not all physical! But if I were to guess, I probably did bring in a couple hundred physical books last year. I made probably 5 purchases from Book Outlet last year and each were at least 20 books. Plus 50-60 books per library sale. And then donated about 100 into the library world. So it's a give and take but the ratio is nowhere near where I want it to be. Which is why we're moving my library to a bigger room this year. lol. First step is new carpet and then putting in a bunch of built-ins. At least my husband acknowledges that I cannot be stopped. lol

I will probably build another collection once we move. Right no I am really limiting myself to one small bookcase so I will have less to move. Although, we have been saying we are moving for a couple of years.

I have now spent just over $1000 on books this year. lol

That's not too bad for a hobby you love. I bet I spent over $1000 in scrapbook supplies and activities this year. Once weekend is usually about $500-600 for the crop, hotel, food and some shopping.
