I don't remember what list I picked it from, but I just finished my December challenge with "The Book of Life" by Deborah Harkness. That makes 11/12th of the challenges complete. I will not be able to finish the November challenge as I am reading "War and Peace" with a colleague during our lunch breaks on audiobook, and I think it is going to take us quite into 2015 to finish it. :)

Still, 11 out of 12 ain't bad! Was Book of Life the conclusion to that series? Or are there more books to come?
