How does your reading compare to others on Goodreads.

While I've read 18 of them, I've only read 3 last year. I have 3 on my tbr.

I wouldn't say that contemporary fiction is a weak point since I read so many newly released books, but I do pick and choose what I read and I have read none of the contemporary fiction, but have 2 on the TBR

I have read 13 of them, 6 of them in 2019. Others are on my someday list. Others in my never ever list lol.

I’ve read 26, but not all during 2019.

I've read 15 altogether, and there are 3 on the list I want to read.

I've read 11 and have a few on my tbr and 1 that I will read this month (My Sister, The Serial Killer).

I've read 16 and have 8 on my TBR. I hesitate to add to my TBR from this list because its so huge and grows quickly enough just on PBT!

I have read 27 of them, but like Susie, not all of them recently and not all of them since joining GR.

I have 4 more on my TBR and I doubt I add any of the other 8. Though I may one day read, the Steve Jobs book. I do think he is fascinating and Walter Isaacson is a wonderful biographer!

I have read all eight of the historical fiction, six out of the eight at the contemporary fiction, four out of the eight for the mysteries and thrillers, and three out of the eight for nonfiction. I never would’ve expected that. Again that’s all thanks to you guys.

Ha! I've also read 27. Too funny. It will soon be 28 as I am midway through Woman in the Window.

There was no category where I read all the books, but I'm only missing 1 from the classic category. Is the Alchemist actually any good?

Another 6 or so are of interest to me, but only one is on my imminent TBR.

23 for me with a couple in the immediate wings, and several more on the TBR. Not that ‘most read’ always means ‘good’ ...

I've read 12 of them but only one in this past year.

I've read 23 including all 8 of the Classics and have 3 more with me to read soon and others on the list to read.

29 for me and one currently in progress... although like others, not all were read in 2019 but a lot were.

I've read all of the historical fiction and all but one of the contemporary fiction.

Alchemist depends on your interests... It was ok while I was reading but as time has gone on I've realized it made more of an impact than I originally thought. I read it as part of a book led group coaching so we dug into a bit more than I normally would have if I read it on my own.

6/8 Mysteries and Thrillers- My guilty pleasure genre
2/8 Classics- Eek, I need to brush up on my classics.
2/8 Nonfiction- I swear I read a lot more nonfiction than this represents!

I wish they'd included sci fi, fantasy, and romance.

From the list, I read 11, but none this year. It's interesting how many of the books on the list weren't 2019 publications, even outside of the classics. Goes to show the power of the backlist!

Historical fiction: 3/8 (+ one more to be read later this year for book club)

Contemporary: 1/8 (+ one in a couple of months for book club, + 1 more on the tbr)

Mystery/Thriller: 5/8 (+ hopefully one this month)

Classics 7/8 (and possibly the last one in high school - I can't recall) - crazy, this is not my favourite!

Nonfiction 1/8 (+ 2 are not officially on the tbr, but they are on the radar, so I suspect I will read them eventually)

That's 17 in total.

I've read 15 (including five of the six classics and that last is on my TBR list) and have eight more on my TBR.

I've only read 6 of them and none of them were last year. LOL!

I have read 9-and the rest I have no interest in reading.
