Any quizzo challenge is an actor/actress who either has a lengthy filmography (even if their face is not immediately recognizable) or, they have appeared somewhere in one-or-more significant films so that they are reasonably 'discoverable'.
I won't pose a 'complete unknown' actor without any clues to find them either by your visual memory or without some text hints to allow some deductive reasoning.

I can't describe #126 without giving him away. Designating him as European, rather than as either American or Brit, means he appears in European produced films. Not France, either. If he or his films were French I would specify that. He (or his films) are therefore of mixed, mongrel origins from somewhere else in Europe.
Refer to what I mention above. Sharp-eyed American audiences must somehow possess reasonable familiarity with him or he would not be included in this quizzo. This holds true no matter where his films were produced. They were seen here in the States at some time or other; and became well-known pictures.
Again, the principle is: any actor listed here, either 'appears in many films but always goes unrecognized'; or, if he is in just a few films --then, they are really really famous titles.

Yes! A German actor.
He appears in two well-known westerns:
John Sturges' "Bad Day at Black Rock" and Sam Fuller's "Forty Guns"

I have been looking for German actors for #126 as well. It could be Ganz but I passed him over which may have been a mistake if you are right.

#126 - Horst Frank?
The pics of "Snow White's dwarf" is taken from two hit movies of the mid-60's which soon became cultural icons. He had a minor role in both.
The actor is an Austrian, but the movies were not.
He has quite a lot of roles in European films but no others of any note released in America, as far as I can tell.

What about Spain? Spain is part of Europe last time I looked at a map.

#127 is a Hollywood stalwart. In the pic provided, he is a police official in a very famous crime movie.
I'm feeling very kindly this evening, I will admit that the earlier guess for #127, 'Francis De Sales', was a very close call. Ordinarly I wouldn't admit it. But only by the thinnest margin, was that dismissed.

Correct! Stuart Erwin.
I was tossing that one to Betsy because he has numerous appearances on Perry Mason.

No, I don't disqualify on spelling --I merely prod for the answer to be checked and resubmitted. In this case the answer is still wrong; but it's uncannily close 'in another sense'.
