If you like David Baldacci, I would recommend his King an Maxwell series, the Will Robie series and his John Puller series. I love them all.

I really liked the Clifton Chronicles series by Jeffrey Archer, Absolute Power by David Baldacci and the Cuckoo's calling. Any books similar to these would also be great.
I am currently reading Dark Places by Gillian Flynn.
