The challenge starts January 1, 2015 and ends December 31, 2015. Series may be any genre. For the purposes of this challenge, we will only be counting the main books of a series and not the add-ons designated as 0.5, 1.5, etc.

Each series has an assigned point value based on the number of books in the series. In addition, 5 points will be awarded for every book started and finished in the level.

Trilogy = 30 pts base
Four book series = 40 pts
Five book series = 50 pts
Six book series = 60 pts
Seven book series = 70 pts
Eight book series = 80 pts
Nine book series = 90 pts
Ten or more book series = 100 pts

Love your title! I read the Rizzoli & Isles books too. I think I am three behind - looking at your list. I have Harry Hole books that I bought, but not sure I can commit to all of them yet.

I've got Harry Hole on my list as well. I've read 1-4, 7 & 8. I'm thinking I will try to complete the series early in the year, but I'll still drop in to the buddy read.

hint, hint, hint. You might want to edit your threads and label them with the level number. Makes it easier for Janice and all to see what Level you are on. Also easier to keep track of the points for each level. (you know all of us nosey folks) ;)

Each level should have at least one series killed plus enough books to add up to a minimum of 100 pts. More is okay, but why waste em, unless you are only going to do one level for the challenge - which is considered a completion of the challenge too, if you want it to be done.
