Laurie | 1895 comments Very nice list. I have only read three of your choices, and I would like to read many of the others. Hope you enjoy them.

Andrea AKA Catsos Person (catsosperson) | 1685 comments You have a very interesting list. I don't think that have read any of them. But they look like good books.

The only one I have read before is Grapes of Wrath and that was many years ago. I do like Barbara Kingsolver so I am looking forward to The Lacuna.

Looks like you are humming along, I also read Wildfell Hall earlier this year and still hope to read Kim and Name of the Rose before years end. How did you like Where Angels Fear to Tread?

Connie you need to get a grip on the concept of Retirement. Try this for a definition "A person who is able to leave the work force and read all they want, any time they want."

Have fun with your last five!

I'm working on the concept! I have 4 books on the go right now - none of which are in this list. My next book for sure will be on the list!
