2025 Reading Challenge discussion

Hi all! Once again I am going to challenge myself to read at least 60 books this year, and 15,000 pages. I also vow to buy less than I read and donate all those I won't read again...as I need to clear some shelf space!

Have heard Headhunters by him is excellent. I think I'll try that one this year.

I try so hard to limit my buying of books. I have two boxes of books in my closet and over 200 on my Kindle and yet I keep buying more. It is ridiculous. I just can't help it though. Good luck with your challenge.

yes I think that's a standalone book. they've made it into a film :)

oh I know what you mean, but I have 847 physical books in my house unread, so things are reaching critical mass!

Wow! I can't believe you have that many physical books. I tend to give most of my books away after I read them because I don't have the space to keep them. Gook luck with your stack!

Thanks! I've never really seen the point in trying to sell my used books, as I buy most of them secondhand anyway and it seems such a faff for very little £. If i'm selling collectibles that's different though :)

ooohh....there have been a lot of good 'uns this year so far....i loved the Sarah Addison Allen and Pratchett ones, but then i am a huge fan of both. i suppose the new discoveries i liked best were The Earth Hums and Tell the Wolves - both definitely worth a read :)
