F2L/E2L
Play with Me (With Me in Seattle, #3) by Kristen Proby Play with Me (shelved "enemies to lovers")

I really enjoyed this. This was the first book in the series that I listened on audio and I ended listening to the whole thing pretty much in one sitting. I loved Will. He made some idiotic choices but he was such a great guy...and very patient. I thought the thing at the end with Leo was too predictable but it did set up the next book nicely.

I really want to see what's going to happen next.

A Strong Hand by Catt Ford A Strong Hand

So this was pretty good but not great in my opinion and that makes me a bit sad since I've been wanting to read this book for just about ever. It really took me a long time to get into it and to tell you the truth, I stopped reading it for about 1 week before picking it back up again because there were other stories that were interesting me much more. I consider it BDSM-lite but there were some hot scenes in there.

Enjoyment: 3.5/5
Total: 8.5/10

WINNER: F2L/E2L!!!!!! (Because I enjoyed that book immensely!)

Oh this was a tough one. :/ Both were stellar reads and it was really, REALLY hard to decide on the winner. However, I'll give an extra point to The Shearing Gun for creating a strong sense of location. I really felt like I was in Australia.

I have to say I'm worried I've used up all my good F2L/E2L books before now. I've got to search up something good.

Winner - F2L/E2L - It seems everything keeps ending in a tie for me, but while Spell Cat fit the theme more exactly, Fever Pitch was a way more enjoyable read for me. So it wins out.

This one was really hard. I enjoyed both books, but if it comes down to how the book handled the theme, I'll give a slight edge to F2L. It was really close though.

shucks! I've been trying to find a challenge this fits in and lately it just doesn't fit into anything. I found and interesting LGBT book that I didn't have to pay for. I just discovered the genre listing search bar. I don't know why I never noticed it before. (slaps head) Makes it much easier to find the books that fit the genre.

Since I'm not usually a reader of m/m type books I was a little reluctant to read it. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a really good book. Actually it is two short stories that follow each other but easily read as a whole. I found the characters well fleshed out and believable. The stories drew me in and I forgot about it being m/m story. Even the romance in the book was so good that it didn't make me feel uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed the book. I prefer my menage books to be MMF, and this one was really good. And I liked how they handled their relationship. Definitely one of the top menage books I've ever read.
