He really likes physics, candy (he'll hand it out every day in class), and is extremely smart (there are rumors that he has an IQ as high as Einstein, but no one knows the truth). James is a kind person, and instead of students calling him Mr. Smith, they simply refer to him as "Professor". Over all, he is a nice, but quirky, teacher.

James was born into a family of six kids in Aberdeen, Scotland. Early life was quite chaotic. He was by far the smartest child, and he earned a scholarship to Vanderbilt when he was twelve. He went to school there, and disliked it. He found that it was full of spoiled brats, and disliked it. Most of the kids just went to have fun, and didn't pay any attention in class, skipped class, and partied every night.
Once James completed his years of school there, he decided to teach there. What subject? Physics! He found it the most fun and interesting. He taught there for many years, and enjoyed it. James found a way to get the students attention, and it was quite childish: candy. For every A someone got, or if the whole class was on time, or something like that, he would give everyone candy. Surprisingly, it worked.
