Do you listen audiobooks Amy? It doesn't work for me because it's hard to listen something with all the kids around, but it's a good way to "read" more for many people.

I do on occasion Sandra. Like you I also have to contend with kids around though. If only I could listen at work :-).
I just haven't really made time like I used to for reading this last year.

I never heard of Terry Brooks before, but the title of the series you mention made me curious, so I looked it up, and guess what... I added both The Magic Kingdom of Landover and The Original Shannara Trilogy to my list ;-)

What did you think of Terry Brooks' series? I'm going to be reading his original Shannara trilogy. I know I read a couple of his books years back, but I can't remember which books or anything about them.

Janice, I have read the first 5 landover books several times and loved them :)

Finishing Shannara is on my list. I've read the first 2 series of them and the prequel to the original ( so that's 7). Getting ready to start the voyage of the Jerle Shannara after I get a couple stand alone novels out of the way.

Way to go, Amy! Over half way to a Level 1 badge in one book. Are you going to combine your trilogy books (60+5=65)+(30+15=45) = 110 and kill two series for your first badge or read seven other series books (7*5=35)+(60+5=65) = 100? Sounds more daunting that way, doesn't it?

weeeelllllll.....I haven't decided. Either way I have to read all the books, the question is how do i want to read them. Probably Ill work on Shannara to tie up my level one while i'm reading my other two books, and then maybe ill throw down a bunch of Reacher for level 2 with the next three shannara books to kill another series?

You know me......i'll decide one at a time based on my mood ;D
