Thank you Stacey for your recommendation.

Baruch,
My comment is written with a smile.
As we have learned to never judge a book by it's cover, please don't be thrown by ratings. Not all are truly genuine.
I respect the opinions of the first three reviewers, and .. btw, Erika Dreyfus is a well respected author in her own right. She is quite well known in the literary world also suggesting books coupled with a review.
( You can find tons of articles and blogs written just to understand why some reviews are not genuine. )

If Baruch or anybody else reads Safekeeping, they can click here to discuss it, as it turns out was a book of the month back in December 2016. Enjoy!

Stacey,
I should try to follow your advice. I'm not going to lie, sometimes I fall into that trap. Those stars somehow create the first impression, whether negative or positive. I guess it's a kind of instinctive reaction. But I certainly agree, it shouldn't be like that.
The first couple of reviews are actually pretty good. I even like the comment from AdiTurbo (she gave 2 stars) and her way of expressing why the book truly isn't for her. That's a genuine comment.
Do you have any articles or blog suggestions that you mentioned?

Thank you Jan!

Hi.
None specifically, but many GRs authors have blogs or sites to their blogs on their author pages that can be found below their bio's.

Baruch,
Here is a book you may find interesting. I thought it was wonderful. Read some the reviews in case this is not what you are looking for.
