I loved Aspen to start, and when he broke up with her I was heart broken, but by the end, I was in love with Maxon much more. This is the first book series that has actually gotten me to love the more friendly boy, instead of the dark mysterious one, so props to the author.

i'm going to say Maxon, but then i have to think about my perspective through all this. if we're talking about who we like better in general - maxon. if we're saying who we like better for America - still Maxon, but if we look at it from anyone else, maybe aspen. he does have his redeeming qualities

Definitely Maxon. At the beginning I was just like whatever when it came to Maxon but towards the end I really started to feel like he was way better for America.

Obviously Maxon! Aspen put America in danger, what with the secret kissing moments in the palace. He should have just sealed his feelings for America's safety. It made me angry. And Maxon is just so romantic!! *swoon*
