If a traditional publisher wants to publish your book, be sure the copyright is in your name with all rights returned to you in case the book goes out of print (which it probably will!) That's what happened with my Zondervan inspirational romance novels, including the historical one set in late 19th century Florida - Hand Me Down the Dawn. The book had been out of print for years when I decided to reissue it through Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Hand-Down-Dawn.... Although I prefer a pencil (not even a pen!) and paper, I was able to follow the instructions, design a cover, and upload my Word file with no problem.
