Lisa | 1 comments So many authors! I think I would want to talk to Shakespeare - it would be fun to talk to him about how much he has influenced the years and culture past his death.

Christi | 1 comments I would love to talk to James Michener. I would like to know how long he spent researching each of his books. They have so much detail.

message 3: by Ashley (new)

Ashley Faith (peacetree19) | 1 comments Oh, it would definitely be J.R.R. Tolkien - Hands down.
I choose him because he has been such an inspiration to me throughout my life. In some of the most difficult times in my life, he has picked me up and and given me reason to keep fighting - all through his work, his stories.
I would ask him about the stories that he had in his mind and in his heart that he hadn't written down yet.

Becky (beckyintexas) | 6 comments Erik Larsen. I love his writing, and would love to pick his brain to find out how he decided to write about the subjects he's chosen. His research is top-notch and it must take him years to write one book. I'd love to know his process, and what's coming up next.
