What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I have completely forgotten everything about this unknown book that I vaguely remember reading. There was a main character, I believe a girl, possibly a boy, who kept reading the same book over and over again. It helped them deal with their life, and I believe the book the character kept reading was about nature and a house. Every time they felt pressure, they would read it and take notes in it, and repeat suitable quotes for different situations. The main character would always refer to the book. I'm not sure if there was any romance, but there may have been. I remember reading this book in 2019 and I believe it was young adult or teen. I wish I had more information on this book, and I'm sure it is a book I've read. If anyone has any slight idea on what this mystery book could be, please reply!
