For this challenge, you will pick a book that you read last month. Using the first sentence in the book, find another book that is associated with that sentence.

You can read as many books as you like from one of last month's books, or
you can read a book for several of last month's books. (Did that make sense? :)

Examples:
Last month I read The Princess Bride. The first line is: "This is my favorite book in all the world, though I have never read it." - re-read one of your favorite books or read a book you have never read

... Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. The first line is: "Mr. and Mrs. Dursley, of number four Privet Drive, were proud to say that they were perfectly normal, thank you very much." - read a book that is the 4th in a series or where the main characters are married

... Moon Called. The first line is: "I didn't realize that he was a werewolf at first." - read a book written in the first person or read a paranormal or urban fantasy story

Duration: May 1 - 31, 2020
Re-reads and audio books are okay.
There are no page limits.

The quote from:
Murder at the Taffy Shop—Maddie Day
In my opinion, only the coldest heart could resist a puppy.

Mike (myerstyson) "In April 404 B.C. the Spartan admiral Lysander finally led his vast armada of ships...into the hated port of Athens at the Piraeus to finish the Peloponnesian War."

Wow, ok, guess I'll read: Aeschylus II The Oresteia Agamemnon, The Libation Bearers, The Eumenides, Proteus (Fragments) by Aeschylus

Intriguing, Lanelle. I am going to try.

Who Moved My Goat Cheese?
Angie Turner knelt in the grass beside Nona’s herb garden, loosening the soil around the rosemary plant and cutting back the chives, the beat of June sun on her back reminding her of childhood summer days.
