What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read a book in high school about a firestarter. It was through the eyes of the guy and his girlfriend/new acquaintance was a pyrokinetic.

Spoilers

They end up running from some group of guys and she kills all of them and destroys soms factory or building. It ends with the guy waking up and remembering he is in a similation with her and she is utilizing assisted suicide with injection in a lab. Any info would be great.
