Does if annoy anyone else that thomas decided not to tell minho that he killed newt? I mean how would it feel living your life thinking your friend (as much as they couldn't stand each other at times) was alive but they were actually dead? Okay...now I'm ranting but I just wanna know

It annoys me. But I think because they had so much to solve when Thomas was back, they had to go in back to The Glade and stuffs...etc. He did not remember to actually tell Minho, I guess?

I don't think Thomas actually ever forgot to tell Minho, but, as you said, decided against it. For one thing, Minho and Thomas knew Newt was to die eventually - from the Flare, other Cranks, idiocy that came from the Flare, or anything else remotely possible. Minho knew it would happen sooner or later; Thomas couldn't possibly tell him it was his fault. Could you imagine? No matter what the reasoning behind it, Minho would never forgive him.
