Not sure I'm going to make it through this book, American Gods. Might have to pick something else. :/

Kieren | 74 comments Not for you? I'm reading my Pulitzer book right now and it's not going down as quickly as the last couple of thrillers did, but I'm getting there lol.

Kylie My recovery is going well in that I can read for an hour now and not fall asleep :) Finished Terms and Conditions today ... I really enjoyed it ... It's set out quite differently with each "chapter" being a terms and conditions of something ... Most pages have a footnote (or four) which can make the flow of reading frustrating (especially when you realised you missed the first two footnotes) ...

Frank is a great narrator ... And I loved remembering his lost memories with him (starts with him waking up in hospital with amnesia after a car accident) ... Quirky and fun :)

Kieren | 74 comments I realized we no longer own running with scissors. I read we are all completely beside ourselves by karen joy fowler. it was ok. bit prentious. think I need to read something that will clean my brain now.

Shar Okay. I changed my book from the one above. I decided to read SpellCast. Which I regret to say it was a waste of my time. It was classified as a Fantasy, but it was solidly in Romance. The majority of the story was about the romantic turmoil of the two main characters. When the characters weren't in emotional despair the author was writing in depth about the current play the were performing. I read that if you are really into theater, then this book is for you. I am not into theater.
