Going door to door isn’t exactly glamorous, but maybe it’s not the worst thing in the world. After all, the polls are getting closer—and so are Maya and Jamie. Mastering local activism is one thing. Navigating the cross-cultural romance of the century is another thing entirely.

Jamie is adorable and yes I can relate to being awkward lol. His grandma's insta is hilarious

ch 18 (view spoiler)[ wow, the scene with Jessica was terrible. I can't totally blame her for having other friends and being busy, but the way she called out Maya and said she wanted older friends was not cool. Maya is going through a lot and I'm glad she has Jamie to lean on a bit (hide spoiler)]

ch 28 (view spoiler)[ I'm glad they care so much about the campaign, but Jamie's mom is right. He might very well lose and they need to be careful not to invest everything. Also, they need to admit their feelings and try dating :) (hide spoiler)]

finished (view spoiler)[ It's too bad their candidate lost, but they had a close race and hopefully changed some people's minds. It was a dick move for Gabe to post that picture of Maya and Jamie to further the cause.

I would have liked more info about what's happening with Maya's family and how they're going to take her relationship with Jamie, but this was a cute read. (hide spoiler)]
