I so worried about everyone!!!! Be safe my fictional friends.

I was so impressed with this section and the development. The fact that Werner was listening to Marie's grandfather. Craziness. But like T.V. and Internet today I guess the radio was super important to bring people together. The section where Warner visited Frederick broke my heart. Hopefully he remembers the humanity that he has when he goes off to war.
I also love the Marie's parts relay heavily on sounds, smells, and touch as a mode for description, but he does it so well I still feel like I am there.

I think in the next section we will finally see Marie and Werner meet. Because why else would he know French except to meet this girl?
