Sara (saraphinasnape) | 4 comments The book A Dance in the Dark is actually part of the complilation called After Midnight. The author recently released her portion of the book as an e-book. Do we need to combine editions or leave as is?

Carolyn (seeford) | 573 comments Leave as is.
We're seeing this more often as Kindle releases short stories as stand-alones, etc.

Thank you kindly Carolyn. Now my next question is do we give it the After Midnight cover or leave it blank until the author comes out with a cover for the e-book (if the author chooses that is).

Leave it be -- if it has a blank cover, people will know that a cover hasn't been given yet, but if you put up the wrong cover, people will likely assume that it's a different edition (or the same edition reissued with a different cover, which amounts to the same thing as far as GR's database currently handles cover art).

Jessica | 963 comments Yeah please keep these separate. I've read a couple of these short stories that were available as ebook only, but haven't read the compilations.
