I thought the ending for this book was just a cop-out. The fight was short, Loki came back to life (!), and none of the main characters actually died. It seemed weak, and seemed over before it had really begun. What do you guys think?
I tend to agree. I was hoping for more at the end of the series. I actually mostly liked the series throughout but the end did go very fast and I was pretty disappointed. Of course I didn't want Loki to die. I feel like Finn could have died and I would have been fine with that. I don't feel like them being friends was realistic. And since he was determined to be miserable in his life, he should have just died. And then she could have let him go. It seemed fake.
Yeah I also thought it was just the sorta thing where Hocking went, "Oh damn I only have a few hours to send this on.." *aggressively types last-minute ending*
What do you guys think?
