I'm currently reading Iced by Karen Marie Moning. I absolutely adore the Fever series, and the world KMM has created. I loved the characters and events of the past 5 books. Unfortunately, this is one book that I cannot wait to finish, because I cannot make myslef love it. The main character, Dani, comes off as annoying to me...I can't stand her voice, the way she phrases things, and and not loving her character development. I want to like her and understand her, but I can't get past her to the heart of the story. In the next Fever book, due out in about 18 days, KMM is bringing back my two favorite characters. Here's hoping that the next book, Burned, melts my resentment for Iced.
