From the Book to the Big Screen discussion

It's a new year!!! Let's start off the new year with you, the members, requesting some awesome new topics. Just post your suggestion!

I'd be interested in a discussion of Gone Girl, book vs. movie.
Maybe: a list of movies based on books that are coming out in 2015.

Maybe we could take a book that we are reading or would like to read that has not been made into a movie and discuss which actors we see play which character from the book.

How about a discuss on award shows like the Oscars? Do you watch them? What do you like/dislike about them? Who or what do you hope will win? Sorry for the double post by the way.
