2025 Reading Challenge discussion

So, I wound up getting really behind on updates last year & I don't know yet exactly how many books I read (as some of the books aren't listed on goodreads & I forgot to update my list with all of them), but I definitely went over my goal of 30! (I may have actually reached 50, but I'm not quite sure.)

So, I decided to increase my goal to 40 this year. I can do this. :)

That is the series I want to catch up on too. Are you enjoying them??

I'm enjoying them a lot! Actually, I didn't expect to like them as much as I do, since I started with TID first and from what I've read on here, a lot of people think the TID trilogy is way better.

But I really love the story & I fell for the characters fast. I'm really interested in what's going to happen next. :)

So far I still think TID is better, but TMI is impressive in its own ways, too.

Sounds good I want to read both series too and did you see there is the Bane Chronicles as well. I like Bane

I love Magnus so much! He's one of my favourite characters. <3 I bought the book recently, but I'm waiting to read it until I'm done with TMI.

So you think the 3d and 4th books of TMI are as good as the first two? I have them but haven't read them and a friend told me that she didn't like them as much... They are on my to read list anyway. :P Ι liked Magnus too. Which other characters did you like?

I am reading Clockwork Princess right now. I wasn't a fan at all of the first two books in this series. I didn't like Tessa at all. The third book Clockwork Princess is for sure the best in the series for me.

I really liked The Mortal Instruments series much better. I have one book left in that series. I will be interested to see what you think about them with you are done both series.
