I know she has dystopian but it has romance.

bookishcarli | 89 comments Hmmmm, I liked Matched okay, but not enough to read the second one. Does anyone's know if it gets better in the second?

Sara | 101 comments I remember dnf-ing the series a couple years ago (about 30% into the second book). I think it was too cliche/chessy/"love is worth every risk"

I am going to read it... my mom bought it and is not going to take "I am not going to read this" for an answer... I will tell you when I get done. I think the book just bothered my brain a lot, personally.

Sara | 101 comments I initially liked Matched so that's why I started to read the second. (remember this was a few years ago). When I reread Matched like last year (or maybe 2 years ago?), my like of the book dropped so I probably wouldn't like the second book if I tried that one again

Ok, thanks guys. I won't read the second then.

Winter (c73sakura) | 42 comments Yeah, the third book kinda fell flat for me.

I really didn't enjoy the series. I have all the books but the action level just isn't my thing.

Mariana | 16 comments I loved and own the entire trilogy; but if you didn't like book 1, the others may not be for you. After historical romance, dystopian romance is my second favorite.

I enjoy Dystopian Romance as well! I think that everyone either loves or hates the book. I guess I don't hate the book but I am not a big fan. I am glad you enjoyed it though! What was your favorite part?

message 11: by Mariana (new)

Mariana | 16 comments It's been a while since I read them (2016 - might be time for a reread), and I don't know if I had a favorite part even then. I did like that one of her romantic options was named Ky. My husband is Ki (pronounced the same way).

That is awesome! I always love it when books cross over name wise. The last book I reads love interest was named Silas and I know a Silas (though he is a SUPER sweet, cute doggo at my horse lesson place).

Mariana | 16 comments Yeah, Ki isn't a very common hero name; so it was fun. :)
