Adam Gutschenritter (heregrim) | 121 comments Thanks Trike this is perfect! Asterisks were shows that seasons are still being released (I believe). I figured start with what I am super behind on and can complete and then catch up.

Trike | 11197 comments Of the ones I listed, Travelers is the only completed series, so I’d start there first.

Lost in Space will get a third and final season next year, but COVID-19 might push that to 2022. At which point the young actor playing Will Robinson will be shaving and heading off to college. (I’m not even kidding. He just turned 15 in May.)

Tamahome | 7222 comments I'm getting into The Dragon Prince on Netflix. I think one of the Avatar creators is involved.

Silvana (silvaubrey) | 1803 comments FYI Dark Matter got cancelled after their third season. Still a good show, though.

I'd add Umbrella Academy, One Punch Man, Charmed (reboot), and Castlevania to the list. All in Netflix.

Joseph | 2433 comments I don't think I saw Carnival Row (from Amazon) listed there? Also on Amazon, Man in the High Castle. And Mr. Robot is at least associational.

Adam Gutschenritter (heregrim) | 121 comments Thank you for all the great reccomendations! Looking forward to checking these out.

message 11: by Kev (new)

Kev (sporadicreviews) | 667 comments I see you have The Mandalorian on your list. If you are at all a Star Wars fan, I highly recommend Star Wars: The Clone Wars (animated series) in chronological order (you can find the order on Starwars.com) and Star Wars: Rebels.

Continuum, a Canadian time-travel series that's a few years old and finished.

Killjoys.

The Stargate movie and all of the Stargate live-action series (SG-1, Atlantis, and Universe).

message 12: by Joseph (new)

Joseph | 2433 comments Oh! I'm also contractually obligated to mention Charlie Jade!

Canadian/South African coproduction from ... fifteen years ago? Something like that. South African-set SF noir with parallel worlds; highly, highly recommended and currently streaming on Amazon Prime.

What about the direct to DVD movies? And Origin?

Andrew Trznadel | 15 comments Has anyone tried Raising Dion? It's about a mother trying to cope with her young son's newfound, and uncontrolled, super powers. I just started watching with my daughter. The first episode was solid.

Yes. I liked it despite it being a riff on Superman. Better than Brightburn, which is Evil Superboy.

Tamahome | 7222 comments You know what, I finished The Dragon Prince, only 3 seasons of 9 episodes each, and my favorite part is the humor, especially "human Rayla" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7L1-... Maybe humor lends itself more to truth and originality.
