Punk pop??

Anyone here into punk pop/similar genres? E.g. All Time Low (I'm seeing them in February!!), My Chemical Romance (Gerard Way solo career??), Fall Out Boy, Green Day, Panic! At The Disco, You Me at Six (there styles changed so much! Also seeing in feb with ATL), Simple Plan, Falling in Reverse e.t.c (I went a bit mad on the list!!)

Shannon: I forgot about them!! I've only started listening to them recently, I listed to 'just tonight' but never anything else!! I love how bluesy Taylor's voice is!!

Bella:ermagawd!! It's not my favourite but it's pretty high on my list!! Brendon's voice suits acoustic so well!! Also when him and spencer did a live acoustic thing they made such a good duo!! I don't think they did this is gospel, they did lying

To be honest I listen to near enough every genre of music going but pop punk has got to be one of my favourites. Green Day are like the best ever!!!

I love a lot of the olden day Green Day whether it's just cos it's takes me back to my youth or not lol. I think one of my favourite songs has to be Basket Case but again I think it reminds me of my father. (In a nice way that is) cos I know that was my fathers favourite song.

Shona: basket case is an awesome song!! I went to the Hard Rock Cafe with my family in Italy, they were playing a load of random stuff then basket case came on as we were walking out, me and my sister were singing and dancing to it in the entrance before out parents dragged us off :') this was only recently so it's not much of a reflection!! That's nice that it reminds you of people xx :)
I like that bands have different time zones within there music, like you said it reminds people off different things, old school mc fly remind me of childhood but so does certain iron maiden songs, all time low nothing personal makes me feel exited in a weird way because it was the first music I had listened to/ obsessed over since I was a kid, I wasn't fussed about pop music so I assumed I didn't like music, then I was recommended ATL and it opened doors, I realised there were ORHER GENRES!! (I listen to some pop now but i have a wider love of music!!)I'm going to keep shtum now before I say something too cheesy!! ;)
their older stuff is more screamo then their newer ones

omg I love all the bands you mentioned, pop punk must be my favourite music genre!
I love a lot of music but pop punk is definitely my favorite! It's actually a pretty diverse genre. Some of my favorites are All Time Low, A Day To Remember, Mayday Parade, Man Overboard and You Me At Six. Those are just the ones I've been listening to lately but I love basically everything that comes from the genre!

I don't really listen to the Arctic monkeys much but I brought am the other day and it's really good so I might have a look at more of there stuff!!
Yes! I'm abscess with the new Fall Out Boy album, it's so awesome! I also like very much You Me At Six and lucky you that you're going to see them! I also like All Time Low and Panic! At The Disco. The others that you mention, I don't listen much but I know they are pretty good! My favorite band is McFly, btw! And I also like OneRepublic and Imagine Dragons.
