Marcel Eschauzier | 1 comments Hi Ian,
Your offer sounds fair enough:) I'm not sure if you also review nonfiction, particularly half-way hardcore philosophy. If you do, then I would like to propose Existential Rationalism: Handling Hume's Fork for review. Not really a page-turner, rather a go-back-to-pager to reread. Existential rationalism is a slightly contrarian yet rational philosophy that seeks to integrate Eastern notions into Western thought.
Best, Marcel

Hi Ian

If you are still looking for books to review I would love it if you would take a look at mine. My book, Little Words of Wisdom, is a cosy mystery with some supernatural elements. If that sounds like something you would be interested in then it is available on Kindle Unlimited, or I am more than happy to send you an ebook version directly. Here comes the blurb:

A Few Simple Words Can Change A Life Forever

For years, widower Steve Lander has attempted to cope with his profound grief by throwing himself into his unusual hobby, making fortune cookies and filling them with the ideas and advice that pop into his head. But when a detective from the Metropolitan police turns up at his door, demanding to know why his fortune cookies keep turning up at crime scenes, Steve is forced to re-evaluate everything he knows about life, death, love, and family.

Pulled from his quiet country life to the bustle and hubbub of London, Steve finds himself embroiled in a peculiar treasure hunt, one that will bring him into contact with friends old and new, put the lives of loved ones and strangers in his hands, and draw him ever closer to the unseen presence that guides his steps.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you

Thomas Greenbank (20940426thomas_greenbank) | 69 comments G'day, Ian. Greetings from Oz.
My debut novel is titled GOLD!
It's not exactly a romance or a fantasy, although like many good books there is a love triangle with dire consequences.
Here's the Amazon link so you can read the blurb and the first chapter to see if it suits your taste.

I'll be happy to send a copy in whatever format you prefer.
***Please consider buying it from Amazon. I'll be happy to reimburse you.
Thanks in advance.

Dawn | 5 comments Happy spring, Ian!

Are you interested in environmental nonfiction? Bob Keefe, executive director of E2 (Environmental Entrepreneurs), is seeking honest book reviews for his upcoming “Climatenomics: Washington, Wall Street, and the Economic Battle to Save Our Planet” publication. www.climatenomics.com

This first-of-its-kind book blends unique perspectives from business, government and environmental leaders – it’s a crucial and (sadly) very timely text considering the new urgent reports from Washington and the UN’s IPCC.

Some early praise for the book:
“Air pollution isn’t Republican, Democratic, or Independent. As Climatenomics shows us, it takes government, business, and all of us working together, regardless of politics. Elected officials and all who care about our planet should read, learn—and take action!” – Arnold Schwarzenegger, 38th Governor of California

Keefe spent 20+ years as a journalist covering technology, business, the environment, Congress and the White House before accepting the ED position with E2 10 years ago.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this note and considering a review. Please email me at [email protected] to receive a PDF. Some physical copies are available as well.

C.I. DeMann | 22 comments Hi Ian. Are you still doing reviews? If so, you're awesome. Text Chain's my third novel, it's a romantic comedy set in college, and I hope you'd like to review it. It came out just a few days ago, so it's only got a few reviews so far, but they're all good. Text Chain Here's what one person had to say on Amazon.
"C.I. Demann's characters leap off the page. They are so real that, like Sarah, I want to reach through the screen and give them all a big hug. They are my new best friends. Friends who are 1,000 times wittier than I am, sure. But that's what you get from an author as funny as this one. Demann reminds me of Nick Hornby in all the best ways. His characters are so realistic it's frankly unbelievable, and I am outraged that he is so much better at writing characters than I am. If you want to feel all the feels and laugh yourself silly, read this book now."
If you're interested, let me know.

Hi, .

Would you be interested in reviewing my new book? It’s set in Australia and is a prequel to my debut novel GOLD! — The Kincaid Saga, Book One.

Both books, although obviously linked, are written as standalone stories.

Here’s a brief blurb:
Feargus Kincaid is a down-to-earth working-class Aussie bloke. He wouldn’t hurt a fly—or would he?
When his girlfriend is attacked by three thugs, he and his best mate mete out their own form of rough justice, setting in train a series of events that will propel them into the shady world of gangsters, protection racketeers, and The Mafia. In the 1940s and 50s, life in Australia was simple. Feargus is about to see how complicated it can get.

After a confrontation that leaves him with severe injuries, and despite his best intentions, Feargus finds himself drawn into a life of crime and drug addiction from which escape seems impossible. With the help of his friend and partner in crime, Paddy, he struggles to attain redemption for himself and a secure future for his sons.

Sometimes, however, Fate has other ideas.

It's not a sweet romance, nor is it a happy family tale. Feargus is basically a good guy who makes some bad choices and finds it hard mending his ways.
As usual, all characters in this story are fictional, but many are composites of everyday Aussies I’ve come across over several decades of living in this great and wonderous land we call Oz.

I can send it as a PDF or an EBOOK. Please email me and let me know your preferences.
Thanks in anticipation.

Hey!

Imagine having a home apothecary stocked with simple, natural remedies that actually work—no potions, no fluff, just time-tested herbal wisdom blended with modern know-how. That’s exactly what I explore in Building a Natural Home Apothecary, and I’d love to hear your thoughts on it!

If you’re someone who:
🍵 Loves experimenting with herbal teas and tinctures
📚 Enjoys books on holistic wellness and natural living
💡 Is curious about how traditional remedies fit into modern life

…then this book might be right up your alley! I’m looking for honest reviewers to share their thoughts on Goodreads. In return, you’ll get a free copy and (hopefully!) some fun, insightful discussions on the magic of herbal healing.

🌱 Want in? Drop a comment below or message me—I’d love to connect!

Looking forward to geeking out over nature’s best-kept secrets with you all. 💚✨

Ian,

I hope I'm not too late to the party, as you've received many requests. I'm a published sci-fi/fantasy author trying to get back into the game as several of my books are being re-released, and I'm trying to push harder to get my already published works looked at by reviewers. So if you're interested, I hope you might consider my book, a sci-fi/fantasy crossover called THE TRIBUTE KING. Think of it as a sort of reverse Beauty and the Beast story. Here's the link to it:

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...

I hope you'll consider it for reviewing. Happy reading!

Garima Bais | 8 comments Hi

I have published my book "The Woman Who WASN'T" on Kindle. Would you be interested in reviewing it on your blog. Can provide pdf for you to review the book. Here is the synopsis.

She thought she knew who she was. Until someone else took her place.
When Evelyn Harper finds a note reading “Find me before they do,” her world begins to unravel. A woman who looks exactly like her is leaving clues—watching, mimicking, and slipping in and out of reality. But this isn’t just a lookalike. It’s something else. Something wrong.
As Evelyn digs deeper, she uncovers a chilling conspiracy and realizes the threat isn’t just to her life—it’s to her identity.
Because the real question isn’t who is pretending to be her.
It’s what.
The Woman Who Wasn’t is a haunting psychological thriller that explores identity, memory, and the dark things hiding in plain sight.

Sam Stone | 36 comments For Fans of High-Stakes Thrillers, Real-World Tactics, and Relentless Action

Hi everyone,

I’m Sam Stone — longtime law enforcement commander and author of REAPER – A Task Force Raven Thriller. I wanted to introduce my new novel to fellow fans of gritty, high-impact storytelling.

REAPER follows a Texas Ranger special operations team as they uncover a cartel-backed terrorist plot unfolding on American soil. Think Jack Carr meets Sicario — layered with real-world law enforcement and military experience. It’s fast-paced, grounded in authentic tactics, and built for readers who like their thrillers razor-sharp and unflinching.

I’d love to connect with anyone interested in the genre. Happy to share ARCs or just chat thrillers and tactics. Feel free to reply or message me directly.
