Roger Kean | 17278 comments Oh I hate page turns, so confusing, having to go back and forth to see what I lied about. Well, I hate to say this, especially on such a feeble choice selection ;-) but Preston is correct. #3 is a lie.

As a child I had a gray (doh) cat called Smokey. The family doctor had a fit on a visit and blamed poor Smokey for all my asthma and eczema behind the knees (the eczema that is, not the asthma; all of which vanished after Smokey passed away)

And my grandmother gave me a bright blue budgerigar as a 5th birthday present and for some obscure reason I named him Timmy.

I never would have had a gerbil of any name because they're now blamed for the plague!

Take it away Preston!

message 352: by Preston, Moderator (new)

Preston | 20148 comments Don't blame the poor gerbils. You think they like having fleas? How would they know their fleas had plague ick.

Oh right it my turn give you two truths and a lie.

1. I've had a VESPA still in the box from the store in my Garage. It's never been used or even unboxed since I bought it FIVE YEARS AGO.

2. My favorite movie is Avatar but I don't think Sam Worthington is sexy at all except as a blue alien avatar.

3. In the middle of a dinner honoring the students with the highest GPAs in each of the University's schools, my teacher who was chaperoning me to the awards asked me if I wanted to go see porn movies and I said yes. So we got up and left and went to Theater that played a dirty movies. I don't know what happened when they got to me and I wasn't there to receive the award.

message 371: by Preston, Moderator (new)

Preston | 20148 comments Of course Pepsi is best. I can't believe anyone here would go for that other cola which an overly sweet children's drink.

message 372: by Roger (last edited Mar 10, 2015 08:57AM) (new)

Roger Kean | 17278 comments And that other cola is finally switching from glass bottles to plastic ones in Germany, even though the glass ones can be reused up to 40 times and plastic ones all end up polluting the sea. Glass bottles have been a must in Germany for Coke evers ince the end of the war as detailed in Billy Wilder's movie One, Two, Three.
