Can I make a royal character? Not without permission, and you may not be allowed to do that. Best bet- make them super wealthy. ;) If you do get permission, you can only get one. No exceptions.

Do we have "RP time" or normal time? Normal , although that depends on your time zone.
What shops are in the Vanderbilt mall? Whatever shops you want, as long as they are expensive. ;)
Can guys join the Glam Clan or Le Clique Magnifique? Nope. Sorry. Feel free to create a male group though!
Do you have to be rich? Can your family be poor, but work hard for tuition? No, but you'll be bothered by other students, and yes.
Can I make threads myself? Please, please, please? No. If a Mod hasn't responded to your request, PM one.
